Services

Two businesses that
make migration work

You can engage us for either visa applications, or recruitment — or both.

At First Tree, we look at regulatory requirements and hiring on the floor through the same lens. Whether your enquiry starts from the visa side or the recruitment side, we can map the whole picture first so neither is overlooked.

Business

Rather than learning the requirements only after a candidate appears, understand them first — then build your hiring plan.

As your advisory agent, we support you from organisational design onward.

If you wait until your visa is about to expire, you may be left with only last-resort options.

What we offer is visa planning for your life — not just a form submission.

Business

We carefully select Japanese candidates for their skill and character, introducing only those who fit your company culture.

With deep knowledge of the Australian labour market, we meet applicants during screening, explain what working in Australia involves and what the hiring company offers, and introduce only genuinely well-matched candidates.

We also follow up continuously if mismatches do occur.

Things to Know

Before we begin —
four points to understand

Four considerations that apply to both visa and recruitment enquiries.

Visa applications and overseas hiring can produce very different outcomes depending on conditions, timing, and employment structure. As background to First Tree’s emphasis on clarifying things first, we share the following from the outset.

Note 01
We cannot guarantee
an outcome
Registered migration agents act on your behalf, but cannot influence the Department’s decision. Approval or refusal depends on eligibility and the quality of the application. First Tree does not use language like “guaranteed approval”.
Note 02
The earlier you act,
the more options you have
Depending on visa type and hiring plan, preparation may need to begin before employment starts or before travel. Rather than waiting until documents are ready, tell us your situation first. The earlier you start, the wider the range of pathways.
Note 03
“Applying anyway” can
carry risk
A refusal on record can affect future applications. Having documents ready does not always mean applying immediately is best. It matters to align pathway, timing, and document quality before you move.
Note 04
Consultation is not built
around signing or applying
An initial consultation is for clarifying your situation and pathways. Enquiring does not oblige you to engage us or lodge an application. After mapping your situation, decide whether working with First Tree is the right fit.

Let's Begin

Let's Begin With Design,
Not Just With Decisions

Consultation is not about reaching a conclusion — it is about starting the design.

First Tree treats employment and visas not as paperwork alone, but as design for workplaces and lives that keep moving. Before we talk applications, we clarify where you are and what conditions apply — then, if needed, we decide the next step together.

In an initial consultation, we typically cover:

  • Your current situation (employer or worker) and the conditions that apply
  • An overview of the process — information needed, timing, and next actions
  • What First Tree can support and how roles are divided (including external partners where needed)
※ A consultation does not commit you to an engagement or application.
※ Depending on your situation, we explain our scope and recommend the best way forward.
