Philosophy

One Migrant, One Tree
We make a difference

For us, this is not a slogan — it is a decision-making principle.
We design each migration so it works sustainably for employers, workers, and communities — and so that enterprise circulates back into the region.

At First Tree, our work is not limited to visa outcomes. We consider everything that comes after the visa — how people work, live, and build long-term stability.
Our role is to help migration take root and continue.

Our Vision

A visa is a means
A successful migration is the goal

Before any application, we clarify the conditions needed for a migration to succeed, so that everyone involved can move forward without confusion. We value the practical reality of long-term employment and life in Australia — this is why First Tree exists.

One Migrant One Tree

Turning philosophy
into a system

For every successful migration we support, we plant one tree.

Through this work, First Tree aims to create a cycle where personal ambition and business growth also contribute to the environment and the future of the community. To help ensure that future generations can enjoy the same air we breathe today, we commit to tree-planting and carbon-offset initiatives with sincerity and transparency.

Our work links Japan and Australia, and we believe in giving back to both regions. Planting one tree per migration, with transparent reporting, is one way we honour that commitment.

Annual Disclosure

This is our mechanism for turning philosophy into ongoing action.

  • We publish our tree-planting results once a year Recent planting locations, number of trees, and timing disclosed together
  • We disclose the planting location, number of trees, timing, and a brief summary Location / number of trees / timing / summary as the baseline
  • Each migration becomes one tree — a visible record of the “cycle” behind our name Building the idea of “circulation” in our name into something visible
  • We also participate in carbon‑offset programs We also work to offset carbon emissions
  • Our contribution reports are updated regularly We keep turning it into action in a form that can continue
  • This is how we ensure our philosophy does not remain words, but becomes ongoing action. Our contribution reports will be updated regularly — please check back.

Let's Begin

Let's Begin With Design,
Not Just With Decisions

Consultation is not about reaching a conclusion — it is about starting the design.

First Tree treats employment and visas not as paperwork alone, but as design for workplaces and lives that keep moving. Before we talk applications, we clarify where you are and what conditions apply — then, if needed, we decide the next step together.

In an initial consultation, we typically cover:

  • Your current situation (employer or worker) and the conditions that apply
  • An overview of the process — information needed, timing, and next actions
  • What First Tree can support and how roles are divided (including external partners where needed)
※ A consultation does not commit you to an engagement or application.
※ Depending on your situation, we explain our scope and recommend the best way forward.
